This is a mall at Wheaton downtown, and it has H&M, Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, Target and a few other interesting retailers. So Far so good, though this shoping space didn't beat my other favorite ones :) I've also been thinking of buying one pair of feather earrings, but my problem with the ones sold around that they are very cheaply made. If you know of any brand or store and you think makes descent quality feather earrings, please let me know! xoxo, TwosRuse
